Less than a week of use and the stitching came apart. The light had only been in and out maybe 10 times. I emailed Nite Ize and got back a form letter from Kacy Lee Duncan of Nite Ize that completely ignored the issue I brought up. It was clear that the email I sent was never actually read. I mailed back asking for them to review what I had said about the holster coming apart and have not heard back. Nite Ize products are VERY hit and miss. These things seem like patented items made under license by Nite Ize because some are great and others are amazingly bad. You need only check the reviews on Amazon to see what that's like. I am VERY disappointed in Nite Ize since I thought they were an American company that would actually stand behind their products; clearly, they do not.*UPDATE* Almost 2 months after the initial contact (and two more e-mails) and NOTHING. But at first, I had to struggle with it just to get a AA flashlight to fit in it. I was hesitant to insert my C cell flashlight for fear of damage...but with just an extra little 'shove', the holder stretched sufficiently for my c cell light. It's a tight fit for sure, and not a quick-draw device, but it certainly holds my flashlights securely. |
