5.0 out of 5 stars Great little pack for the price, February 21, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?)
For the price, this is a fabulous pack. It is very similar in size and style to a Camelbak, but much more affordable. I bought this for my 2 year old so she could have a hydration pack like her big brother and parents, not expecting too much since it costs so much less than the other. In reality, it is an excellent backup for anyone in the family, and really is fully adjustable. It is a little big on her, but the chest strap keeps it from slipping off, and two little clips along the strap hold the straw in front and keep her from being overwhelmed by it. There is velcro on the ends of the straps to roll up the extra (just like her brother's kids' Camelbak). It fits her 6 year old brother perfectly, and even fits me (a 5' 4" woman). It is a little tight on my 6'1" husband, but even he can wear it if needed. The zipper in back has room for a few small items (keys, cell phone, snack, and maybe one other small thing), but surprisingly more than it looks like (the pocket runs the length... Read more

1.0 out of 5 stars 0 for 2 on this pack, June 18, 2012

We purchased two of these because they adjust small enough to fit our kiddos (one 43" tall, one 47"). However, both are junk. The reservoir was defective in one and water leaks out of the large opening where you fill the reservoir, dumping 20 oz of water on the car seat. On the second one, the bite valve leaks uncontrollably unless you hold up in the air vertically.

I have been a Camelbak user for years, so it isn't that I don't know how to operate something like this!

I'm debating if it makes financial sense to throw away the crummy reservoirs and buy Camelbak replacements, or just return both of these cheapo packs and get Camelbak ones. At this point, it is a wash financially.
