This fillet table is everything I could have hoped for and more. Living in Washington state near the Puget Sound, you can imagine the salmon fishing is incredible! This table made cleaning my days catch a breeze. It's light weight and portable. It also has a hole on one side built into it that you can put a bucket or trash receptacle under which makes fish cleaning a virtually mess free task. So glad I got this so I can do it at the waters edge rather than bringing my catch home and making a complete mess out of my kitchen. The construction of this table is top notch and the cost is well below others that I looked into. Great product and a GREAT VALUE!

I bought the coldcreek processing table for my husband, father-in-law, and brother-in-law! It was the best investment. They love this table. My husband uses it to process game meat and my in-laws use it for camping and processing fish! I would recommend this to everyone :)

The table is light weight but sturdy, folds easily for storage. The drain plug in the water reservoir (sink) seals well. The flat, working surface is big enough for larger fish. The density is about what I expected, not as dense as a good cutting board but works fine for filets.
